The 6 New England States of: Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island will now offer this lotto. Lucky for Life tickets will cost $2 each. Jackpot will be a chance to win up to $1,000 a day for life. Basic play instructions are pick 5 numbers 1 thru 40 and one Lucky Ball in the range of 1-21.

New lotto hardware and software for New Hampshire Lottery

07/10/10 The New Hampshire Lottery will be introducing a brand new lottery system on Thursday, July 1st. Ticket sales on Thursday, July 1st are expected to begin around 11 AM. New play slips will be required for the new gaming system. New lottery terminals, new prize checkers new advertising monitors… NH Hot Lotto and NH Mega Millions subscriptions will be on sale that day too. New self-service vending machines known as WinStations will begin to be installed allowing players to choose from up to 25 instant games as well as the games like Powerball, Megabucks Plus, Mega Millions and more.
