Tammy Morgan started a Powerball group at her office more than three years ago, but the group never won more than $100 until now. Morgan and her co-workers all work at Nordyne in O’Fallon. "I was in shock when I checked the numbers," revealed Morgan, who purchased. The QuikTrip store 4646 Highway 94 S. in St. Charles sold this MO Powerball lotto winning ticket. Morgan said she informed the group about the win with an e-mail. Mexico Man Claims $1.6 Million Lotto Jackpot "You can't win if you don't play" is the message from the newest Missouri Lottery millionaire. Paul Koelling of Mexico matched all lotto numbers in the 01/28/09 Lotto drawing to win the jackpot. Koelling claimed his ticket at Lottery headquarters on Jan. 30 and selected to receive his winnings as annuity payments of $64,000 before taxes for the next 25 years. "I normally buy my tickets at Manny’s in Mexico," explained Koelling. The Fast Lane store 602 E. Broadway in Ashland sold this winning MO lotto ticket. Fast Lane will get a $16,000 selling bonus. "Everybody thinks I'm lucky, but I play a lot," said Koelling.
