When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped 1-3 days from the time they are placed (all check/money orders and fax orders are processed upon receipt of payment, and are cancelled if payment is not received within 10 business days from the order date). Delays can be expected for special-order items such as board bags and, when out of stock, O'Neill wetsuits. Once an order is complete and ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email letting you know the items have shipped and how to track them. Please remember that credit cards are not charged till the order ships from our warehouse. See the "availability" column of your shopping basket record for additional information about specific items in your order.

Has my order from Beckersurf.com shipped?
An email will be sent to you when your order ships from our warehouse, to let you know it's on its way and how to track it. You can also check the status of an order at any time by visiting your personal account page and viewing your order records. Orders with a "shipped" status are on their way, and orders with a "pending" status are still being processed.
What if I never received my order from Beckersurf.com?
If you believe that you should have already received your order please visit your personal account page to check the order's status. If the status shows as "pending," your order is still being processed. Processing may take longer than usual if we require verification of the order, if an item was out of stock, or if a charge was declined. In each instances, we will send an email to you and await a response before final processing takes place.
If the order's status is "shipped," you can track your order using the tracking numbers supplied on the confirmation email sent to you when your order was shipped. These tracking numbers are also included on the detail page for every shipped order, accessible through your personal account page (just click on the order number you're interested in to view the detail page). If there's still any trouble or confusion, please give us a call or email customerservice@beckersurf.com and we will get to the bottom of it.
If your order was shipped via UPS, go to www.ups.com and "track" your order using the tracking number(s) emailed to you when the order was shipped. If your order was shipped via USPS and you received a delivery confirmation number(s) in your email when your order was shipped, go to www.usps.gov to learn more about the delivery of your package. Can I adjust or cancel my order, or items in my order?
You can update or edit your order at any time until it ships from our warehouse.
It's easy to tell if an order has or has not shipped. Just view your personal accounts page and look for the order number you're interested in. If the order's status is "pending", you can make changes by canceling items from your account page, or calling us to have items added to your order. If the order's status is "shipped", then it has been shipped from our warehouse, and, of course, no further adjustments can be made.
What if I didn't receive my entire order from Beckersurf.com?
There are a few reasons for why you may have not received your entire order. In some instances, items are cancelled from orders by customers and are not shipped. On rare occasions, items may also be sold out. While this is rare, customers will always be notified by email about out of stock items. Since we don't do backorders, the best way to try to receive this item at a later date is to wait till you see it on the site again, or fill out a special order form and we can look into trying to get one for ya! Either way just let us know that the item was originally sold out (please include the order number) and we will ship it to you for free!!
How do I set up an account at Beckersurf.com ?
Setting up an account is simple, and can be done in two ways:
First, you can click on the "your account" link on the top and bottom of the site's pages. You will see the option to log on as an existing or as a new customer. Click on the "log on as new customer" link and supply a bit of information - including billing and shipping information, as well as a password for accessing your account. Once you've supplied this info, you're done! Your account page can then be accessed at any time by using your customer logon (your email address) and your chosen password. And don't worry, we don't carve your information in stone - if you ever want to edit your account information, you can do so through your personal account page, or during the checkout process.
You can also setup your account during the checkout process. When you are ready to make your first purchase from our site, you will be required to set up an account. When prompted, click on the link to "proceed as new customer," and supply the required logon, billing, and shipping information. Once all your information is entered, your account is set up and you will be able to continue with checkout. After you complete your account setup, you can access and view your account information by logging on to your personal account page using your logon (your email address) and chosen password. And, like we mentioned above, you an edit your account information at any time!

Shipping charges depend on the particular shipping method you choose when placing your order (see below). We are especially excited, though, to offer special rates to orders shipped to the United States, U.S. territories, protectorates, and military (APO/FPO) addresses. For shipments to these areas, we offer a special $4.90 shipping rate (eligible orders are then shipped via UPS or USPS - United States Postal Service - depending upon the exact delivery address). Orders consisting of stickers only are shipped to these areas for $1.00 via USPS First Class Mail!
Of course, we also offer international and express shipping. Prices for international and express shipping are based on the weight of your order. Feel free to check out our table of shipping costs-to-weights for more exact information!
How does Beckersurf.com ship orders? What shipping methods do you offer?
Our shipping methods vary according to an order's shipping address and weight. As you complete the checkout process, you will be asked to choose from the options available to your specific shipping location.
Our standard shipping charge for U.S. addresses, including APO/FPO/PO box addresses, and addresses in all the U.S. territories and protectorates, costs $4.90 (flat rate - no matter how much your order, the shipping charge will stay the same!!). The shipping method depends on the package's weight and shipping address. Orders under 3lbs ship via US Mail and can be expected in 1-7 days from the shipping date. Orders over 3lbs destined for a physical street address ship via UPS Ground service and delivery can be expected in 1-5 business days from the shipping date (we ship from Southern California). Please note that shipping to APO/FPO/PO box addresses, and all addresses in all the U.S. territories and protectorates will always be via US Mail.
All domestic orders consisting of stickers only are shipped for $1.00 via USPS First Class Mail, and should be received within 5 business days from shipping date.
Express delivery is available to orders destined for addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii (express shipping NOT available to PO Boxes, U.S. territories and protectorates, or military APO/FPO addresses). Express deliveries are shipped with UPS, and the cost depends on the weight of the order. For exact figures on express shipping charges, see our table of shipping costs-to-weights.

Once an order ships from our warehouse, regardless of shipping method, an email will be sent to you to let you know that your order was shipped and how it can be tracked. Please note that orders are only shipped from our warehouse during regular business hours, 9:00AM to 5:00PM PST, Monday through Friday.
Does Beckersurf.com you ship internationally?
We wouldn't leave you fine folks out in the cold! We have two international shippers: for Canada we use UPS Standard service (up to 7 business days for delivery), and for all other countries we use UPS Worldwide Express (2-3 business days).* The price is based on the weight of your order (please feel free to view our table of shipping costs-to-weights for exact charges at various weights). Our shipping charges cover only the cost of shipping your order to you, and DO NOT INCLUDE any duties and/or customs fees that are associated with any imported product. Such duties/fees are the customer's responsibility. To learn more about these charges, please contact your local UPS or government's customs office, which will be glad to assist you.
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, an email will be sent to you to let you know that your order was shipped, and to let you know how it can be tracked.
Please note that certain items cannot be shipped outside the U.S.

To ensure that your order will arrive at its destination before Christmas, please keep in mind the following deadlines.
Orders bound for Canada using our UPS Standard delivery service, must be placed by Monday, December 12th.
Orders using our Promotional or standard $4.90 UPS/USPS shipping must be placed by Monday, December 19th.
International orders using our UPS International Express service must be placed by Monday, December 19th.
Orders using our UPS 2-Day Air service must be placed by Tuesday, December 20th.
Orders using our UPS Express Shipping service must be placed by Wednesday, December 21st.

What are my payment options?
We offer a variety of credit card options for you to choose from: Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express.
You will be required to select a payment option when setting up an account or when making an online purchase. Regardless of the method you choose, you will be required to enter your billing address in the supplied fields. This information must be supplied exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
Please note that we can only ship to international customers when their shipping and billing information match exactly. Also, if your country does not provide "Address Verification" we will not be able to process your order.
When will I be charged for my purchases?
Please remember that regardless of the payment method you choose, you will not be billed until your order is fully assembled and shipped from our warehouse. Why do I have to pay sales tax?
If you are a resident of California or if you are having products shipped to a California address, you have to pay 8.25% sales tax on all purchases. If you are outside of California your orders are tax free (thank your local congressman)!!
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns only on merchandise that has not been worn, ridden, or otherwise used / abused unless prior authorization is obtained from one of our customer service representatives (authorization must be noted in the "comments" section of the return form printed on the back of your invoice). All returns received within 30 days (post dated) from the purchase date are eligible for a full refund and/or exchange. Returns received within 30-90 days (post dated) are only eligible for an exchange or store credit and must be accompanied by the original tags, manufacturers' packaging and beckersurf.com invoice. No returns will be accepted after 90 days (post-dated) from the purchase date unless prior authorization was given by a customer service representative (authorization must be noted in the "comments" section of the return form printed on the back of your invoice). Beckersurf.com will pay the shipping fees to get your exchange item(s) back to you.
How do I return merchandise?
It's easy! Just fill out the return merchandise slip printed on the back of your invoice. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING AND TAGS, TOGETHER WITH A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT, and send it back to us. If you lost your receipt or invoice, please print one out by accessing the order record through your personal account page. If the order was shipped to you within the past 30 days, you will also have the option to print out a merchandise return slip as well.
Beckersurf.com, We are not responsible for the return shipping charges so ship it back to us any way you choose, but we will pay to send your exchanges back to you. At times, we will cover the return shipping charges if a mistake was made on our part, but prior authorization by a customer service representative must be noted in the "comments" section of the merchandise return slip for this to happen.
What happens if I received damaged or incorrect merchandise from Beckersurf.com ?
If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise please give us a call at your earliest convenience. If, through speaking with a customer service representative, it is determined that we made a mistake, we will have you note this in the "comments" section of your merchandise return slip and we will credit your account for the return postage.
Again, authorization by a customer service representative must be noted in the "comments" section of the return slip for this to happen.
When will my credit appear on my credit card?
We will email you when returns and/or exchanges are made. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles from this date for credits to appear on your credit card account.

We've done our best to build our site so you can find what you want quickly and easily. That's why you have three ways of looking for the items you're interested in - you can browse by category of merchandise, you can browse by vendor, or, you can search for specific items using our search engine.

What is meant by "ships assorted colors?"
Some of our items have the description "Assorted Colors" because this is how we receive them from the manufacturers. For example we'll receive red, black, blue, white in one order, and green, gray, navy, and yellow in another. So if you see this and have preferences please place these in the "Customer Notes" field when checking out. The more options you give us the better chance we can get a color you want!! If we don't have what you desire, a "sold out" email will be automatically sent to you and you can try something else or cancel that particular item. Thanks!

Even if you've never seen the item on our site, don't fret! We do Special Orders all the time!
